For participation in the work of the Baku International Humanitarian Forum you are required to go through registration procedure. For registration you should download "Registration Form" in the below section. Fill in block letters on hardcopy or type electronically all required information. Send by e-mail: [email protected] or by fax: (+994) 12 437 19 23.

You should also send your digital photo in JPG format and short biography. The material that you will send to us will be used in the special publication which includes brief information about the participants and comprehensive characteristics of the issues to be discussed.

Visa information
Participants invited to the Baku International Humanitarian Forum, in case they need a visa to visit the Republic of Azerbaijan, can apply for visa at the Embassies and Consulates of Azerbaijan abroad.

Minister: Sudan always supported Azerbaijan’s just position

“Sudan has always supported Azerbaijan’s just position,” said Minister of Federal Government Chamber of Sudan Hamid Mohamed Elnour Ahmad during his meeting with First Deputy Speaker of Azerbaijan`s Parliament Ziyafat Asgarov.
The Sudanese minister noted that his country attaches great importance to bilateral relations with Azerbaijan. He hailed prospects for cooperation in trade, economic, and humanitarian fields, underlining Sudan’s keenness to expand cooperation with Azerbaijan in energy and agricultural areas as well.
Minister Elnour Ahmad noted that Sudan has always supported Azerbaijan’s fair stance and stands for the peaceful settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
First Deputy Speaker of the Milli Majlis Ziyafat Asgarov said meetings held with Sudanese counterparts on the sidelines of international events contribute to the deepening of interparliamentary relations between the two countries.
Ziyafat Asgarov noted that the fruitful cooperation in a bilateral format as well as within international organizations, including the UN and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation gives an impetus to the development of bilateral relations between the two countries. He expressed hope that cooperation with Sudan will continue expanding in economic, cultural, and humanitarian areas.
The first deputy speaker drew the Sudanese delegation’s attention to the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the Khojaly genocide. He commended the Sudanese National Assembly for adopting in 2014 a resolution condemning the Khojaly genocide.
