For participation in the work of the Baku International Humanitarian Forum you are required to go through registration procedure. For registration you should download "Registration Form" in the below section. Fill in block letters on hardcopy or type electronically all required information. Send by e-mail: [email protected] or by fax: (+994) 12 437 19 23.

You should also send your digital photo in JPG format and short biography. The material that you will send to us will be used in the special publication which includes brief information about the participants and comprehensive characteristics of the issues to be discussed.

Visa information
Participants invited to the Baku International Humanitarian Forum, in case they need a visa to visit the Republic of Azerbaijan, can apply for visa at the Embassies and Consulates of Azerbaijan abroad.

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister meets UNESCO Deputy Director General on the margins of the VI Baku Humanitarian Forum

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Affairs Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met UNESCO Deputy Director General Xing Qu on the margins of the VI Baku Humanitarian Forum.
Minister Mammadyarov highly praised UNESCO’s role in the development of science, education and intercultural dialogue and stressed the successful cooperation of Azerbaijan with the organization.
Conveying the best regards of the Director-General Audrey Azoulay, the Deputy Director General underlined the importance given by UNESCO to the Baku Humanitarian Forum. He referred with satisfaction to the high-level cooperation between UNESCO and Azerbaijan and the projects implemented by both sides.
The sides underlined the significant role of the World Heritage Conference to be organized next year in Azerbaijan in the further development of relations. Both sides stressed the importance of increasing the efforts for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals.
The sides also had comprehensive exchange of views over a number of issues of mutual interest.
